This book has been written to meet the long-felt need for handy, simple, comprehensive and up-to-date single-volume companion of the codal provisions of the Revised Rules of Court on Criminal Procedure.
The aim throughout has been to provide the readers such latest available Supreme Court rulings, the effects of changes/amendments of criminal procedure, and annotations among others.
